Tulum & Jungle Adventure 

8.00 am we arrive at the Tulum ruins. Here you will be greeted by your certified guide who will show you around the ancient site, after your guided tour of the ruins enjoy some free time to visit the beach and many viewing points.

After a 20 min drive from Tulum we arrive at the cenotes. Here we introduce you to our birds of prey and spend time flying the birds around the arena with our professional falconer.

Next we head off to the cenotes, the first one is a half cenote and our second is a large open cenote here we get to swim and snorkel with the fish and turtles and take time to enjoy the stunning light formations in the crystal clear waters.

On to the zip-lines next, our friendly team will kit you out with a harness and safety helmet after a short safety briefing you get to zip-line over the cenotes and through the canopy on two exciting lines.

Time to relax and enjoy a freshly cooked snack and cold drink under the palapa before we head off to our third cenote. Here we get to explore a large underground cavern before our shamen performs a traditional Mayan ceremony.

After the ceremony we head back where you can use the restrooms and changing rooms before we return to the hotels.

This day tour is not avalible from Cancun hotels. We provide an additional pick up point from Senor Frogs Playa Del Carmen. Please tell us when you fill out the hotel collection form on the booking page.

Children under 16 must be accompained by an adult.

Minimum age for children 6 years.

Please be sure to arrive at least 10 minutes in advance of your tour departure. We are unable to wait for late guests as our tours run at predetermined times.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellations/modifications to your adventure 48 hours prior to departure date: no charge.
Cancellations/modifications to your adventure under 48 hours prior to departure date: no refund.

- Go Wild Mexico reserves the right to cancel tours, vary itineraries, and amend fares and days of operation.
- If WE cancel any trip due to poor weather, mechanical failure, or unsafe conditions, we will reschedule your tour for another time at no additional cost. If this is not an option that works for you, we will do our best to come up with a suitable solution.
- If the number of tour spots you require changes since the time of booking, please call or email to confirm the number of tour spots you require 48 hours prior to departure date or you will be charge the total amount for your booking regardless of how many participants arrive.
- Our tours depart at predetermined times; please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your departure time, as we can not guarantee that the tour will wait for you.

REFUND PROCEDURES
There are no refunds for tours cancelled due to misrepresentation of physical abilities and/or failure to disclose existing health conditions which prove to impact your ability to complete the tour. If any client fails or refuses to answer specific questions put forward in Go Wild Mexico waiver, GWM maintains the right to refuse service without refund. Among questions that must be answered accurately are those referring to participant weight & age. GWM will not give refunds for reasons involving personal conduct. No refunds are provided for unused activities. No refunds will be given for inability to complete the activities after they have commenced.

FARES AND PRICES

All fares and prices quoted are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and voucher(s) are issued. Prices that are quoted include all taxes and fees unless we otherwise stated.
